well tyking1224 told me that you can take screen shots with VGA but when I went on my VGA there was no screen shots so I told him then he told me to tell the forms so thats what im doing what do I do?

Though I don't understand what a "VGA" is? Do you mean "VBA"?

Tips and Tricks would be like "How would I animate a sword fight" or "How can I make my own in-game Pokemon battle?" This would be a technical issue because it's not working for him.

Open up your VBA and your ROM of choice.

When you get to a situation where you want to save the screen, do this:

Under "File", go to "Screen capture" and save it. That will save the image of your VBA screen.
