Re: Other Discussion
I heard that Pokemon Black and White 2, are gonna be for 3ds, and DSi...I don't know how'll they'll do that but...
Re: Other Discussion
The boxart for both games clearly state that it's going to be for the Nintendo DS.

If the box art is already confirmed to show that the games will be on DS, then why would it suddenly be moved to the 3DS during the middle of development?
Whoever told you that really needs to get their facts straight, because just switching from DS to 3DS alone will set the development team back by a long time.
Sorry, but BW2 won't be for the 3DS at all.

^ Pretty much this. Stop taking every rumor you hear to heart, and take things with a grain of salt unless CONFIRMED.
Also, the 3DS can play DS games as well, so that'd be really pointless.
Re: Other Discussion
Well on the first screen shot it says something about the 3DS at the bottom but its only sayin it will be playable on the 3DS that might be why you thought that

I think that is referring to features for the 3DS.
I remember reading something about the games having special features on the DSi and the 3DS, but, sadly, I don't have the link(s) to support that. ^^;
Re: Other Discussion
That's what I meant. Just you know don't got my facts right.
Welp anyone gonna get Pokemon Nobunga's Ambition? I mean Pokemon Quests...Man I hate that name. I might decide to get it on my R4.

A plethora of information regarding Pokémon Black and White Versions 2 has been revealed in leaked photos of pages from CoroCoro Comics magazine.
The first two pages reveal information about the changes to Unova and Black and White Kyurem:
- Black Kyurem is 3.3m, 325 kg. Freeze Shock is its signature move.
- White Kyurem is 3.6m, 325 kg. Ice Burn is its signature move.
- The game is set two years after Pokémon Black and White.
- There have been many changes to the Unova region. The water in the area around the Entralink has dried up. Many parts of the map are covered in ice, though it is unclear if this is an addition to the region or merely to cover up areas that are yet to be revealed.
- The northern and eastern parts of Unova are obscured by this ice, and Opelucid City is just on the border of being covered.
- There are two new towns and at least one new route to the southwest.
- The road between Castelia City and Nimbasa City is complete.
- A new building has been added to the front of Nimbasa City, and a new area to the east of the Rondez-View Ferris Wheel.
- Driftveil City's lighthouse is gone, and several craters have appeared in the city.
- There is now a settlement on Route 4
- Liberty Garden is now shown in the official artwork of the map, and appears to have been revamped.
- The construction zone and Cold Storage south of Driftveil are both gone.
- There is a section taken out of the side of the mountain in eastern Unova, and there are several buildings here.
- Challenger's Cave has disappeared.
- The webbing that initially blocks the entrance to Chargestone Cave is gone.
- The Entralink's moat is now dry, and the inner area has changed.
- 300 Pokémon (including the original 156 Unova Pokémon) are accessible.
- The Unova Pokédex also appears to have drastically changed, with Riolu being #033, Psyduck being #026, and Metagross being #264.
- The Pokémon Psyduck, Arcanine, Lapras, Eevee, Mareep, Tyranitar, Metagross, Buneary, Riolu, Lucario, Weavile all appear to be in the new regional Unova Pokédex.
The next two pages reveal information about the new player characters, rival, and Gym Leaders:
- There are two new player characters; the male is the character revealed yesterday on the cover, while the female has not been seen before.
- The character wearing red that was seen yesterday is the new rival; he is said to be a childhood friend of the player. He is a passionate boy who wages on a Pokemon's strength.
- The rival is quoted as saying "From now, I'm going to rage!"
- The girl with the guitar is Homika, a new Poison-type Gym Leader. Her Gym is said to be a "Live House" (a Japanese term for a music club where live bands play). She will appear in the anime in an episode on June 14.
- The tanned male in the swimming costume is Shizui, a new Water-type Gym Leader. He is described as a big-hearted big brother who gives passionate advice.
- The man in the lab coat is Akuroma. He is researching Pokémon strength. A cut-off portion of the photo mentions he is doing something regarding the latent abilities of Pokémon. He is said to be mysterious and hard to read.
The next two pages reveal information about the new starting city and new facilities:
- The new starting city is Hiougi City, located in the south-west of the map.
- Its main point of interest is its lookout. There is a Pokemon Center and Trainers' School; this is the first time the starting city has included either, as well as the first time the starting location is a city and not a town.
- There are several new facilities. One image shows a large glass tube going through water with Mantine swimming overhead.
Re: Other Discussion
Ice Burn makes total sense. I really like how the rival is going to act like a douchebag most likely and I can't wait for the game! I WANT DAT METAGROSS.

How is Gary involved in any of this? O.o
Re: Other Discussion
Silvershadowmist wrote:I mean he is...How do I say it...Garyish?
Gary wasn't in any of the main Pokemon games. His game counterpart is called Blue (Green in Japan).
Re: Other Discussion
*Leaked* That New Male Protagonist's name is Volt, and rival's is Hiroshi. I dunno about the females.

Calling it now, it's gonna deal with Fire.
Re: Other Discussion
Silvershadowmist wrote:What? ^^; What do you mean?
If the male is gonna be named Volt, something that deals with electricity, and one of Kyurem's forms deals with electricity, then the girl should be named after something dealing with fire since it would technically be the exact opposite.
Re: Other Discussion
Ah probably. But I wonder why the rival's name is Hiroshi. They debated on Ice and Hiroshi... This brings me to the question randomly, are these characters gonna be introduced into the manga? Also, they said that the anime includes this. During the last Pokemon Smash. Wonder how that's gonna work.
EDIT!
There might be a new Eeveelution. It has been said it was hinted out. Not completely sure. But I am sure happy.

No, those names aren't confirmed at all. In case you haven't noticed, every new protagonist (and occasionally rivals) has a custom name in pre-release trailers, and they rarely ever reflect the true, "official" names of them, unless the rivals can't be named.

No.
Every generation introduces ALL the Pokemon of that generation in the first released games of it. They're not introducing any new Pokemon, except for new formes of pre-existing ones.

I'm guessing the last gym leader will be a ghost/dark type but I'm not sure. And two factions of Team Plasma?! One is probably lead by N :O
