A: You can't download them. You have to extract the effects via Ultimate Fighter Factory. You can, however, download Mugen characters. ~tyking1224

Q4: How do you make text in a black room?
A: Make a house's room completely black, then place a sign at the entrance of the room. Place your created text's offset for the sign's offset. Then make your sprite transparent and talk to the sign. ~tyking1224

Q5: What can I use to animate?
A: Adobe Flash, GIF Animators, Picture editors + movie editors. ~tyking1224

Q6: What can I use to edit a trainer's backsprite?
A: TileMolestor. ~Turkeylegs

idk if this will go here I think it does well do u know any good sites to get effects I heard there called mugen effects but I need some of Lava Light water Lighting fire and lots more for my hack so i can animate better

So, basically, you need help finding Mugen effects?

I am personally POed, because, before my comp's hard drive messed up, I had found tons of sites that HAD Mugen effects. FML.

Well, I'm pretty sure it would go here since it would be help with animations.

Back to the question, I (and anyone else who wants to help) can find a site or two that has Mugen effects.

EDIT: Okay, so, Daniel, I didn't find any downloads persay.

You could try this site to see if it has downloads. If it does, please confirm, so I could close the question and edit it into the OP. If it doesn't I can try to find more answers.

EDIT:

Actually, thanks to a YT vid, I remembered how to get them.

You can't download them, persay.

What you have to do is get a program called Ultimate Fighter Factory. With it, you can edit any Mugen characters you have on file. Why am I mentioning this? Because you can also extract effects as well. The thing is, there are effects you might already find on places like Spriter's Resource.

You can most likely find it through Google. IDK where to find it, so Google is your best bet.

The Whack-A-Hack website, the Pokecommunity forums, and there was one place, but sadly, you have to pay to download, so it sucks now.

Now, I believe you are talking about having a text box in a "black room," right?

Now, this is actually easier than it seems. First, make a random house's indoor tiles all black. Then, make a sign (with the text offset), and put it right on the area you enter. Then, make your sprite transparent (basically, take the BG color of your sprite and color your entire sprite with that color). After tat, go to the house with the black map, move one space up, look down, then press "A" to open the text box (in game). You should have a text box in a blank room.

I tried it and it worked, so thanks. Also, i don't want to double post so here is the question. What flash program do people use for animations? To be honest, i have always wanted an animation tutorial, but that seems unlikely, so I'm asking all about animation.

Oh boy, this is a biggie.

Well, different hackers use different things for animations. Some hackers use GIF animators, some use Flash programs, others use picture editors and edit the frames in a movie editor.

Sadly, I can't give a specific answer. ^^;

According to Dako, there is a tool called TileMolestor (Great name) that can edit backsprites.

Also, another question, on the Tile Molester, I'm trying to change the palette, I saved the palette, and it won't show when I import from another file. Help?

Try Pokecommunity.com and look for their Tutorial(s) on how to use TileMolester.

well Tyson does this the most but in his hacks he makes the text come on cool like in battles Well I dont know how to say it its how he did the text in the new prevew for ep 56 part 1

May you please be more specific?

I saw two examples of text, the created text from the ROM, and the text for the Aura Minefield.

Until I'm told which one, then I will not answer the question.
